Nailsavers (Nail Savers) are nail protectors made of soft PVC vinyl impregnated with UV inhibitors that are placed over the fingertips to keep expensive nail treatments from yellowing, drying, and lifting while utilizing tanning beds. These little pink caps are 100% effective, reusable, and can be easily adjusted for size if necessary. The idea was conceived in late 1999 as a solution for those women who were investing quite a bit of money in acrylic nail treatments (French Manicures in particular) only to have their nails yellow after one or two visits to the tanning salon. Even though UV topcoats are used by many nail techs, most are ineffective and have to be reapplied periodically. As necessity is the mother of invention, we developed this little niche product that has grown in popularity since January of 2000.
As spray tanning became more and more popular, we realized Nailsavers (Nail Savers) were also useful in the spray tan booths as well. They are very effective in blocking spray tanning solution that accumulates in the nail bed and around the cuticles as well. Barrier creams do not provide spray tanners 100% protection and they are messy and time consuming to apply. NAILSavers (Nail Savers) take seconds to put on and will guarantee complete coverage of the entire fingernail.
Due to numerous requests from customers in the field who wanted the same protection for their pedicures, we developed Toesavers (Toe Savers), which are made from the same PVC vinyl material and offer the same 100% UV protection as Nailsavers (Nail Savers).
We are pleased and proud to offer Nailsavers (Nail Savers) and Toesavers (Toe Savers) as viable tanning and nail ancillary products.
